This is the first of its kind seminar in India held on the Legal Sides of Export Import Business WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON MISCELLANEOUS CASES NOT DEALT IN EXPORT IMPORT LEGAL SUMMITS OF BANKING, LOGISTICS, INSURANCE, ARBITRATION ETC in which we will try to explain the International Laws relating to Export Import Business and it relevance to Indian Laws and intrepretation of these Statutes with reference to Indian Apex Courts either on Civil side or Consumer side.
