The term ICEEL used hereunder will mean the firm / institute / company providing the services / training etc to the receiver or student or participant.

 

WEBSITE USE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

ICEEL accepts no responsibility for any truthfulness of content or damage arising out of use or inability to use any of the pages of the website or content there to. It is because dynamic nature of the subject warrants frequent change in many sections of the website and old news, posts, comments etc can’t be edited and in such circumstances ICEEL can’t claim the truthfulness of all content or damage arising out of it due to its use, application or actions taken based on it. Again, many posts and comments will be from the user / public for which ICEEL can’t accept any claim.

 

Privacy Policy: The company tries to safeguard the data fed by the customers / its users. Still if data are stolen by any cyber criminal or hacker, company owes no right and will not entertain any claim done by user due to such data loss or due to any damages subsequently caused due to such hacking attempt. We hereby request the site users not to reveal any of confidential information like Credit / Debit Card number, PIN, CVV etc in any of the field of our website as we will never demand such payment details from you; rather we will used ccAvanue, paypal etc gateways.

 

Content Writing / Upload Policy: User hereby agrees that he / she will not write / upload any content which is against to any law of the land.

Payment to ICEEL can be made in below ways:

 

1)     By Cheque drawn at name of “ICEEL”

2)     Demand Draft / DD drawn at name of “ICEEL” payable at Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Any payment done by any of above method is subject to below terms and conditions:

 

1)     The payer using any of the above method agrees that he is authorized signatory or authorized person to do the payment by any of the method and he / she is not breaching any law of the land while making payment.

2)     The payer agrees that after making payment by any of the method / mode of payment in which the payment receiver may or may not receive complete details like payment sender’s details,  purpose of payment etc, he / she will inform in time to the payment receiver i.e. ICEEL at his cost and risk by any of the acceptable, noticeable, recordable, traceable media about the payment done to the ICEEL with its purpose of payment like services / seminar / course etc for which he / she had paid this amount; failing to which ICEEL will not be responsible for any lapse in services and in case of such failure payment will not be refundable. Thus, after making payment it will be payer’s responsibility to ensure that payment is received with ICEEL and then to claim for the services for which the payment was done.

3)     ICEEL will confirm you the receipt of payment by mobile / phone call, sms, email if all the information is clearly feed to ICEEL by you with your payment purpose.

4)     ICEEL will bare not responsibility for any lapse in your services or purpose for which you have made payment to us if it is resultant of delayed payment or failure of payment due to any of the lapse done on your side while making payment like false details fed by you while making payment like incorrect account name, incorrect IFSC code, incorrect account number, incorrect branch, distorted and un-presentable cheque / DD or any other instrument etc.

5)     All fees and service charges will be quoted in INR (Indian Rupees). Client making payment in any foreign currency will have to bare the cost of conversion rates and transfer charges either by TT or by any other means.

 

REFUND POLICY:

 

To ensure the transparency to our beneficiary participants of our courses / seminars, ICEEL reveals the cases and circumstances in which the refund will be made and to what proportion to our participants / students of any course / seminars exchanged as fees, deposits, fines, study material, administrative cost, books, videos etc:

 

1)     A participant or student, who withdraws enrolment before the date of induction lecture, or first lecture in case of being no induction lecture, is eligible for a refund of monies paid upfront for that program deducting the administrative cost, local taxes, any other taxes like GST etc which shall be decided partly in proportion to taxes or will be based on discretion of the Branch Manager or the company itself. Administrative cost may be Rs. 2500/- or total 5% of the program fees whichever is higher. Deduction while paying back to student also includes any bank charges or any other transaction costs incurred by the company while receiving payment from the participant, student or beneficiary.

2)     Refund to the overseas student will also be done keep in mentioned criteria of deductions plus keeping in mind some other settlements like exchange rate difference, exchange margins etc.

3)     A participant or student, who unknowingly pays more amounts than the fees prescribed for the particular program, is eligible for the refund that proportion of surplus amount paid.

4)     A student who had made payment to the company for purchase of books, video, study material, CDs etc and has not received it within reasonable time of one month after intimating to the company, will be eligible for refund full amount paid to the company. No refund will be made to the student who approaches the company after receipt of material with intention to return it back to the company and get his / her money back.

5)     Change of center will not be a criteria to refund to a student.

6)     Refund claim must be maid by the student in due time on our email [email protected] with subject line title as REFUND CLAIM followed by phone communication with authorized person for the claim process. Refund Claim must include clearly the bank details of the beneficiary as under:

7)     To be eligible for refund, the claimer must fulfill the need and queries raised by the company with required evidences like proof of identity of the student, pan number, or any details regarding student's enrolment / withdrawal / cancellation for the program from the student with valid reasons, as required.

8)     Refund once approved the company, a beneficiary will be entitled to get it in due and reasonable time limit failing to which he / she will be eligible to get the simple interest in proportion to the prevailing bank interest rates.

9)     Refund may be done either by cheque, DD, Net Banking, or by any other method. If the refund cheque offered by company is not deposited by the beneficiary, the refund and its interest will be considered void ab-initio.

10) Student, it authorized representative, sponsors etc can request for review of the cancellation of refund.

11) We don’t guarantee any of our students for 100% job placement. If any of ICEEL employee or executive has given such fake commitment of 100% job placement, we will not take its responsibility. Again, requested to draw attention if any such instance is there from any of our employee or staff.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

ICEEL may refuse to continue any program or services to the beneficiary, participant or student in any of the below circumstances:

 

1)     In case of failure to complete the payment in time, he / she may be barred by the company to continue. Full payment must be made before start of any services or course.

2)     Mis-conduct by the student with the staff, administration or faculty.

3)     Involvement of student / participant into any illegal activity.

4)     We offer life-time online and offline support to our students by many ways like multiple time attending same course by paying fees once (subject to paying fee of food / hall charges or then prevailing terms and conditions designed in that course), online FAQ posting, online FAQ solution, personal consultation (on the basis of availability and prior appointment), social media support, phone calling, sms, wattsapp chat or other supports. This support system can be withheld or withdrawn in case when there is misconduct, breach of any terms and condition or rules and regulation from the students.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

ICEEL reserves the descritionary right to change the course content of any course during the operation / running of the batch / course, before start of course or after the completion of course at any time without prior notice to the students / participants. During running of the batch some topics can be amended (decreased / increased) depending upon the requirements of the batch / participants and also based on availability of time duration limitation / i.e. based on availability of time for the mentioned course.

 

ICEEL reserves the right to change any of the policy stated above without prior notice to the user.
